Development methods

We use modern and fast team development methods.
Agile methods are such flexible methodologies as Lean Development, Scrum, etc. They were developed back in the early 2000s as an alternative to inefficient traditional IT methods. Almost all agile teams are concentrated in one office (bullpen). The office includes a product owner, a customer who defines the requirements for the product. The customer may be a business analyst, project manager or client. In addition, interface designers, testers, and technical writers may also enter the office. That is, Agile methods are aimed primarily at direct communication.
